please note that pre-orders typically take around a month to complete. this timeframe includes sourcing materials online, waiting for their arrival, and finding time in my schedule to create your items.
going forward, all pre-orders must be paid for upfront.
If payment is not made on time, your pre-order will be cancelled.
once I’ve finalized your order and purchased the necessary materials, you cannot request a refund or change the character/item. please make sure you’re 100% certain before placing your order.
