Pre-Order Policy Update

please note that pre-orders typically take around a month to complete. (this may vary though since I’ll be quite busy at the end of may) this timeframe includes sourcing materials online, waiting for their arrival, and finding time in my schedule to create your items.

once I’ve finalised your order and purchased the necessary materials, you cannot request a refund or change the character/item. please make sure you’re 100% certain before placing your order!

after each item has been completed, your item will be shipped, and you will receive an email with the shipping details. for international orders, untracked shipping typically takes 1 to 4 weeks (with no tracking updates) and tracked shipping generally takes 1 to 2 weeks; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
