which countries do i ship to?
- uk (excluding ireland)
- usa
- south america: argentina, brazil, chile
- canada
- switzerland
- asia: japan, south korea, malaysia, singapore, indonesia & philippines
- australia
- new zealand
if your country has not been mentioned, unfortunately, i am not able to ship there.
NEW US tariffs and custom fees (for my us customers)
due to the new tariff law, imported goods will now have extra custom fees.
to make things easier and less complicated, i will be using a shipping service that helps reduce customs fees and will make delivery easier. however, you will have to pay any remaining collected duties or taxes to receive your package. these charges are your responsibility and you will be notified by the courier or delivery company to arrange that payment.
so please keep that in mind before purchasing from my store (ㅅ •᷄ ₃•᷅ )

UK untracked - 2 to 7 days
UK tracked - 2 to 3 days
international untracked - 7 to 31 days
(if you choose this option, you will not recieve any tracking info!)
international tracked - 7 to 14 days
i tend to dispatch orders from 3 to 7 days of purchase.
returns/refunds?
i am not responsible for any damaged/delayed or lost packages.
all orders are shipped as described, with standard protective packaging. unfortunately, i cannot control how parcels are handled by third-party shipping providers. at this time, my current policy does not allow for refunds or replacements once an order/preorder has been made or dispatched!
